FAQ

Please check here before contacting us.

This app works with penlights that support BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). See the "Verified Devices" section for tested models. Other BLE-compatible penlights may also work, but compatibility with all models is not guaranteed.
This app communicates with penlights via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and requires Bluetooth permission. Please select "Allow." Without permission, the app cannot detect, connect to, or control penlights.
If you accidentally selected "Don't Allow," go to iPhone Settings → LSCon → Bluetooth and enable it.
Please check the following:
• Is Bluetooth enabled on your iPhone?
• Is the penlight powered on?
• Does the penlight support BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)?
• Is the penlight connected to another app or device?
• Are your iPhone and penlight close enough?
• Is the penlight in BLE connection mode? (Check the product manual)
If it's still not found, try turning the penlight off and on, then scan again.
Your penlight may not support this app's control method. Even if a BLE connection is established, color control commands differ between penlight models, so color changes may not work on all BLE penlights. We recommend using models listed in "Verified Devices."
You can send device information from the app's Settings screen to help us expand device support. We appreciate your cooperation.
Yes. Basic features including BLE penlight connection & control, color wheel & presets, and score creation (up to 5 / 30 sec) are free. Setlist management and unlimited scores & duration are available with the Single plan at ¥100/month.
You can use the score creation and editing features without a BLE penlight. However, color control and score playback require a BLE-compatible penlight connection.
All data including scores, setlists, and favorite colors is stored locally on your device. There is no automatic data transmission to external servers.
Yes. An Android version is in preparation. We plan to release it on Google Play, so please stay tuned.
We are gradually expanding supported devices. However, we may not be able to support penlights that do not have BLE or whose communication specifications are not publicly available due to technical limitations.
No. This app is not an official app or service of any penlight manufacturer, artist, or event organizer. Please do not contact manufacturers or artist/merchandise support regarding this app.
