When you connect a lightstick that isn't on the supported list, the app first explains what it will do and sends colors only after you tap "Start". It checks that the lightstick changes to green, blue, and red before saving the setting, and tries several formats at once so you answer fewer questions. Long-press a connected lightstick to recheck the color format that auto-detection chose.
You can now stop a connection with "Cancel". If a lightstick can't connect, Bluetooth is off, or Bluetooth access isn't allowed, the app tells you why.
Buttons and other colors are now consistent across screens, and text is easier to read. The app now says "lightstick" throughout. Music Reactive uses the same start-position buttons as the score editor.
Added a Website link under Support in Settings. Rewrote Help to match the current features. Fixed an issue where a KING BLADE set up by auto-detection kept blinking, and more.
With Plus, you can now control up to 2 lightsticks at once. Add Line 1 and Line 2 to a score, and each lightstick follows its own line. Swap which lightstick is Line 1 on the connection screen, and see both colors and timelines side by side on the playback screen. Scores with a single line still send the same show to every connected lightstick.
Analyze the whole song linked to a score to measure its exact BPM (Plus), then set it on the score as is. If the tempo changes partway through, the app lets you know.
The song and BPM now share one row and zoom is a single button, leaving more room for the timeline. Short cues now show details such as brightness, and repeated groups show the cues inside. Double-tap the ruler on the left to play from that point. The color picker also gains a "Colors in this score" row.
"Single" is now "Plus". Same price, same subscription — existing subscribers don't need to do anything. We also fixed issues such as the music and lights drifting apart right after jumping to a new position or resuming.
Set 0–30 seconds per score between pressing play and the lights actually coming on, so you have time to raise your lightstick before the show. A countdown beep plays for the last 5 seconds.
Paste a copied cue above or below any other cue, or at the end of the score. Whole groups can be copied too, keeping their name and repeat count. A bar at the top shows what you currently have copied.
Groups are now drawn as a frame around their cues. Tap the thicker right edge to select the group, long-press it for group options, and use the handles on the frame to move the whole group.
Cues inside a group now stay inside it when moved or dragged. The selection outline covers the cue's leading and trailing rests, and audio analysis that was running unnecessarily during playback has been stopped to save battery.
Choose any color via the color wheel, HEX input, or presets. Two-color alternating display is also available.
A mode where the hue keeps flowing with no color to pick. In scores it stays continuous across cues, and you set the cycle length.
Create color change timelines synced to songs. Supports both time-based mode and BPM-based note length mode.
